Cuba Middle School won first place for the second year at the South Central Regional Book Battle! They defeated seven other schools for this victory and earned 112 of 120 total points.

Builders Club Talent Show was very successful with many participants. Their talents were amazing. We will try to do another one in Fall of 2026. Thank you to all participants and their family & friends for supporting them!

Ms. Miller's 5th grade 4/6 hour ELA class earned ice cream floats because they all made 100% of their AR reading goal during 3rd quarter. Both of Ms. Miller's classes worked very hard last quarter, and almost tied for the reward.
Dr. Myra Siebert, Assistant Superintendent of Crawford County R-II School District, has been recognized by the Missouri Association of School Administrators (MASA) as the 2025-2026 Assistant Superintendent for the South Central Region. This honor is awarded to a central office leader who exemplifies excellence in educational leadership and a commitment to student success. These 3 students were a part of the 100% club in February on their Evaluate assessment. Emilio Valadez scored 100% on his math. Aveline Tyree and Mira Edgar earned 100% on their ELA assessment. Way to go!
We could not be more proud of our Middle School Science Olympiad team! They showed up, worked hard, stayed focused, and represented our school so well.
