High School Students participated in another productive Blitz day!


Dr. Suess week ended with some very familiar characters taking the time to read to students. Shout out to Key Club members for helping out.


The Cuba Speech Team had finalists competing in 5 different events in Saturday's district speech championships at Rolla High School. Ciara Lunsford was recognized as the District 6 champion in Original Oratory, placing first overall in her event. Rachel Martellaro and Brandon Hulsey were also named district champions, with a first place finish together in Duet Acting. Emily Conway took third place in Poetry Reading, Silas Siebert placed fourth in Radio Speaking, and Justice Preston placed fourth in Humorous Interpretation. Ciara Lunsford, Rachel Martellaro, Brandon Hulsey, and Emily Conway will advance to the state speech championships held at Missouri State University in April. Congratulations to all of the speech finalists for their outstanding performances at the district level!

Cuba's staff members were in full force tonight supporting the Wildcats! We love seeing the school pride!
