Tonight is Kindergarten Expo! Join us for this open-house style event. Families do not have to stay the entire time, but rather drop in anytime between 5 and 7pm. Our future Wildcats will participate in early childhood development activities, games, and have an opportunity to check out a school bus! Parents will be able to schedule their child's kindergarten screening appointment and meet our awesome kindergarten team! See you tonight!
Calling the MS Science Olympiad team! The competition at Missouri S&T is still on for Saturday, February 22. If you are able to come to school on Friday, Ms. Kohler will be at school from 12:00 to 3:00 pm for anyone who wants to come to work and finalize their projects. This is not mandatory. If you can't make it due to road conditions that is fine. Ms. Kohler just wants to open up this time if you can.
You need to be at school no later than 7:00 am on Saturday morning.

Luckily we were able to get our monthly PD in yesterday. Teachers participated in a "speed round" activity to share out instructional strategies, student engagement and classroom management ideas to add to their teacher toolkits.

Cuba Elementary will be extending the World's Finest Chocolate Sales through Thursday, February 27th. We understand that the recent weather is out of everyone's control and has impeded sales. We do not want to put families in a bind with getting chocolate sold and money collected.
Families can continue to pick up chocolate, when school is in session, through 2/27. We ask that all money be turned in by Friday, March 7th. Thank you.

Rescheduled!
