Wildcat baseball traveled to Salem this afternoon and defeated the host Tigers in the final game of the Salem Tournament.
Earlier this week, a group of seniors traveled to ECC to finalize their plans for next fall! 🎓

It is BBQ for lunch today at CCR2. Students who bought a lunch received a Wildcat Frisbee. It's always a great day to be a Wildcat!
The Pacific Indians defeats Cuba in game 2 of the Salem Tournament. We will play on Saturday at 11:30 in Salem.
Cuba golf competed at St. Clair in their JV Scramble Golf Tournament yesterday. The pair of Cole Kelemen and Kye Williams took 1st place overall combining to shoot a 1 under par 70.

The Class 3 District 8 Baseball Tournament bracket it out. The Wildcats will be the 4th seed and play Bourbon in a 1st round game on May 14th in Belle . All games will be played at Belle, their baseball field is located in the Belle City Park.
Attached is the bracket for the OHS JV Baseball Tournament taking place at Owensville High School on Saturday May 9th. Owensville will be hosting a District Track Meet on this day as well and campus will be extremely crowded. They are asking all baseball patrons to park at the Middle School and use the bridge and sidewalk to access the baseball field.

We kicked things off with our practice test, where students showed their best effort and were rewarded with popsicles, a fun way to celebrate hard work and positive attitudes.
Today, we continued the excitement with our MAP Kick-Off Assembly. Our special guests put on a fun race to remind us that everyone tests differently, but we all reach the finish line together .
We wrapped up the assembly by celebrating last year’s Proficient and Advanced students.
We are so proud of our Wildcats and can’t wait to see them shine during MAP testing!

The St. James Invitational Track Meet scheduled for today has been rescheduled for Wednesday. Due to this reschedule, Track will NOT complete at California H.S. on Thursday.

The High School Track Meet scheduled for St. James this afternoon has been cancelled. They are working on a reschedule date, as soon as we confirmation and if it works with our remaining schedule we will pass the information along.
Both Cuba Golf events, the JV Tournament and Varsity tri-match scheduled for Monday April 27 have been cancelled.
Due to incoming severe weather the Varsity baseball game at Bourbon scheduled for Monday 4/27 has been cancelled. A reschedule date has not been determined.

Tomorrow is you last opportunity to view the GVC Art Show a Gallery Zeke in Steelville from 2:30-4:00. Cuba High School artists have many works on display and have won the GVC Art Show 4 consecutive years including this year. Get out to Steelville and see some of the fabulous work that our students have created.
