Scholar Bowl had a fun time at the Wonders of Wildlife Aquarium and Museum down in Springfield. The trivia afternoon helped fund this field trip.
Congrats to Jaida Sanders and Eva Randell for receiving all conference in scholar bowl. To receive all conference in scholar bowl a player needs to be in the top eight players in the conference.
The perfect attendance students who didn't miss a minute the entire year were treated to bumper boats, go carts, mini golf, batting cages, bumper cars, and pizza at Swing Around Fun Town today. We had 14 students who received this reward. It was a great day to be outside!
Thank you to Scooter's Coffee and the Maxwell family for the hot coffee (Scooters) and iced coffee and pastries (Maxwells) this week. It was very much needed and appreciated!
CHS will be hosting this year's Track & Field/Cross Country Camp from 3:30-4:30 on June 2-5 immediately following the end of the Summer School day. Students in grades 3-6 are encouraged to attend. See the attached flyer for more information.

Wildcat baseball traveled to Plato on Thursday and clipped the Eagles wings coming back home with a pair of wins.
We had another Middle School Track record fall last night! The 4x100 relay team of Noah Shores, Spencer Walker, Tristan Cross and Oliver Scharfenberg set the CMS record with a time of 50.11 at the Union Middle School Relays. These boys were flyin' around the track; what an incredible way to close out the season!!!
Summer School is almost here. CCR2 will have breakfast and lunch for students 18 and under at NO CHARGE.
We've had a very busy week here at CCR2. We want to thank our Nurses, Teachers, Principals, and our Lunch Heroes. CCR2 is an amazing place to work because of our dedicated and amazing staff.

Four Rivers Community Health Center is partnering with Crawford County R-2 and Cuba High Schools to offer a Sports Physical Day on Tuesday June 23rd from 1-5pm. These physicals will be offered at Cuba Middle School at NO COST to you; they will be processed through insurance or offered for free. Please buzz into the Middle School Office and you will be directed to Nurse Niki' s office for the physical. All paperwork will need to be completed prior to seeing the doctor. If your child will take their physical during Summer School or if you will not be with them a the time they take the physical, please fill out all paperwork before sending it with your student. The CHS Career Pathways class has been hard at work all year long around the school and community. Last week the group was able to relax and have some fun at the City Museum to celebrate a successful year!
The CMS Variety Show and the 8th grade Night at the Museum is Tuesday, May 12. Doors open at 5:30 pm. Food will be served in the cafeteria. Stop by teacher classrooms for activities and tour the building to see student work. The Night at the Museum starts at 6:00 pm in the gym.
Track scheduled at Bourbon for this afternoon has been cancelled. This meet will not be rescheduled.
