CMS Parents! We are working diligently to get student schedules in Lumens, but this has been more of a process than we anticipated. There is much that goes on behind the scenes to get schedules ready for students. We will have a hard copy of your child's schedule available at open house and they will be available live that afternoon as well. Schedule changes can happen through next week, so please don't panic if your child's schedule needs some adjustments. At open house on Thursday, August 15 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm you will get a folder with all of the papers you need to read and complete. Your child's schedule will be in this folder. If there is an issue you will fill out the schedule request change form that will be in your child's folder as well. You will give this to the attendant where you picked up your child's schedule. Please be advised that all schedule request changes may not be honored unless it is a valid reason. If you don't come to open house on August 15 and you notice an issue with your child's schedule please email Mrs. Clark at mclark@ccr2.org or call the office at 573-885-2534. She will work on fixing the issue before school begins on August 20th at 7:45 am. We ask that all returning students enter through the gym lobby doors to enter the gym where you will get your folder. All new enrollments can enter at the office to fill out paperwork. We hope to see everyone Thursday evening.

CES is shaping up for a GREAT YEAR! Our custodians and maintenance crew have done an exceptional job of getting our building in tip-top shape! Mrs. Brown and myself have been working diligently to get schedules and routines in place for our teachers. Our teachers are rolling in to get their rooms ready to go and a place your child will be eager to learn.
You should have received an email for your child's new Student Information System (Lumen). SIS is no longer a platform for our district. Online Enrollment begins Tuesday, August 6th. This process is new to all of us so please be patient as our district navigates this resource.
We are so excited to see you soon. Don't forget open house is Thursday, August 15th from 6:00-7:30.

Cuba Elementary would like to introduce you to our new Assistant Principal--Kelley Brown!!! With nine years of experience in education, Mrs. Brown brings a diverse background to her new role. We are excited to have her join our Wildcat Team! You can find Mrs. Brown participating in Rodeo events with her family across the state of Missouri. Her love for horses is big, but her passion to help students be the best version of themselves is even bigger. Welcome Mrs. Brown! We are excited to have you join our CES family!
