We’re excited to offer the Care Closet, a free program designed to support students and families with essential items. The Care Closet provides:
Hygiene products (soap, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.)
Clothes and shoes
Feminine products
Other basic necessities
Students can even be set up to come into the Care Closet and pick out the items they need themselves, helping them get exactly what will help them feel comfortable and confident.

The Crawford County R-II School District offers a Friday Food Bag Program to help make sure students have access to kid-friendly, nutritious food over the weekend. Each bag is sent home with your child on Fridays (or the last day of the school week).
This program is completely confidential and available to any student whose family would like to participate.

🎄 Adopt a Family for Christmas Gifts – purchase and wrap gifts to bring joy to a child.
💵 Monetary Donations – not a shopper? We’ll do the shopping for you

The Cuba volleyball walks away from their own tournament with hardware. The Lady Wildcats defeated Steelville to capture 3rd place out of 10 teams today.

Julian received a positive office referral. He is a "star "at being responsible.

Earlier this week a group of CHS students joined over 80 students from surrounding schools for the Teens Teach Prevention Training. The program empowers older teens to educate their younger peers on vital safety and wellness topics. Keep up the good work CHS!
Lady Wildcats Volleyball Final.

The Crawford County R-2 School District and Cuba High School recognizes Lacy Wildcat Volleyball Coach Makayla Coleman for earning her first career win on September 2 at New Haven. The volleyball team presented her with a signed volleyball prior to tonight's varsity match vs Kingston.

Support your Lady Wildcats this weekend as we will be hosting both a softball and volleyball tournament on Saturday Sept. 20th. Tournament schedules are attached.

Congratulations to the Cuba FFA officer team. They placed second in their rituals contest tonight out of 13 teams!

Picture day for grades 9-11 is tomorrow, September 18th. Seniors will be photographed at a later date. Virtual students who wish to get their picture taken can stop by the school between 8 am - 10 am.

Save the date! CES Block Party is Thursday, September 25th from 5:00-7:00pm. At Crawford County R-ll School District, we receive Title I funding to enhance educational opportunities for eligible students. This funding allows us to provide additional resources, support services, and targeted interventions to help students reach their full potential. Our upcoming Block Party is one of the many Title family events we hold each year. This event is a great opportunity for students and their families to come out and interact with both staff and peers, through hands-on learning experiences. We will also have food, games, door prizes, and more Title ! information for those interested. Your participation and feedback are essential to our success in providing a high-quality education for all students in our district. We hope to see you there!

The start time for tonight's JV/V Volleyball game at Belle has changed. The game was scheduled to begin at 5pm but will now start at 6:00.

Weekly Activities 9/15 - 9/20

For practice Friday the HS Cross Country team assisted Bruce(DAV/American Legion) and Molly Maxwell with taking down the American Flags after 9/11. Terrific community pride shown by these young men and women.









Today we recognized our Athletic and Activities Director, Ryan Okenfuss, for Athletic Administrators Week! All of us at CCR2 appreciate the work you do!!

CHS Juniors attended the Franklin County Regional College Fair at East Central yesterday. Students also had the opportunity to tour the East Central Campus.
